OUR FIVE STEP PLAN
A
I compile a set of proofs and upload them to Paris Dossier Club, showing them that I am eligible to obtain the guarantor’s dossier.
B
I can start my search for a new home as soon as my proofs have been verified and I have purchased the dossier.
C
I inform the lessor of my intention to rent his property. I send him my dossiers.
D
I sign the contract and the relevant entity sends us the rental contract to be countersigned.
E
I take care of my obligations towards the lessor and I move in. I respect of the conditions of the rent contract.
